I read this book today (yes, the whole book) and I have to say I loved it. It’s about Hannah and Garrett and the deal they make so one can have a good grade in a super important exam and the other can attract the boy they want.
Hannah is a great student and Garrett is the hockey captain of their school. She has a crush on this football player, but he doesn’t even acknowledge her. Garrett had a terrible grade and needs to get a better one to keep playing with the hockey team. I loved the plot and the characters.
I didn’t love the writing though. I read the book in Portuguese and I detect some words wrong written. This is not the author’s mistake, however, if it’s not well written it gets hard to read and like it.
I got over the written part very quickly. I was looking for an erotic romance. I haven’t read a good romance in a long time, so I needed a good romance with some spicy scenes. This book delivered what I needed.
This book isn’t only a five-star reading because of the writing and because I think this should have a trigger warning for violation, because this book is always mentioning it.
Overall, it was truly a good book. As soon as I finished the book I ran to the bookstore to buy the other two books of the Off- Campus series. And after I read the synopses of the books, I can’t wait to read the other two.
