Review Hope By Eva Chau

Hi there!

The image shows a night sky full of starsas a background and an Iphone with the cover of the book Hope by Eva Chau.
Hope, Eva Chau

First of all, I want to thank Eva for getting in contact with me and offer me the chance to read her book. Thank you so much, Eva.

Hope talks about a girl who sees the good in people and has hope in everyone (hence the name). Ema meets Nathaniel, who is her total opposite. Together, they will learn from each other and discover that the world may be a place worthy to have hope in.

I have to say I loved this book. It’s written in English, but it’s really accessible and easy to understand, so if you’re too afraid to read in English because it isn’t your native language, don’t worry, because this book is really easy to read; you should  give it a try. It had such a plot twist, I definitely didn’t  see it coming!

Ema is a really sweet girl and I was rooting for to make her dreams reality. Nathaniel is the kind of boy that shows his cold heart and the just-wanna-drink-and-have-sex attitude but deep down he is a softie. He is the character every girl falls in love and breaks her heart because he is not real. So Eva, stop making characters so cute and lovable, ok? Thanks.

The only thing I didn’t like was the ending. I thought it seemed too forced and it ends really fast! Don’t get me wrong, it is a four star reading for me, but I wanted as much detail as I got during the rest of the book.

Concluding, I loved the book and, although I know there won’t be a second book, I could gladly read every book set in Ema and Nathaniel world.

I truly recommend it to everyone! You can buy it online or directly from Eva Instagram profile, checking the link in her bio. You can find it here.
